Micromechanics services

LaserProbe offers also micromachining services which are carried out by various lasers depending on the sample material. Materials like alumina, silicon and plastics can be machined and drilled with micrometer scale resolution. Micromachining applications include hybrid electronics substrates, plastic containers, capacitor and resistor trimming and sensor structures.

Our laboratory devices are also capable of various kind of micromachining applications like resistor trimming, micor cavity drilling and cutting of metals, ceramics and plastics.
